DISPATCH & LOGISTICS

PROCESSING All garments are held at our studio. Once an acquisition is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 12 to 24 hours. Our operations team functions exclusively on business days (Monday – Friday).

TRANSIT TIMELINES We utilise premium domestic courier networks to ensure the secure transit of our heavyweight garments.

• Standard delivery across India is estimated at 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your geographic zone.

• Please note that environmental or logistical disruptions may occasionally extend these timelines.

PAYMENT & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) To maintain the integrity of our dispatch system and ensure priority routing, REMINISCENT operates on a strictly prepaid model. We accept all major UPI, credit, and debit networks. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported and will not be offered at checkout.

TRACKING THE ARCHIVE Upon dispatch from the studio, you will receive an automated transmission via email containing your exact tracking coordinates and the assigned logistics partner.
